Worst Customer care with Airtel

I have taken one Broadband connection on July 13th with one Landline connection, within one month instrument got complaint when i informed them they offered me very old instrument after taking back new one which was bought from Airtel one month back for Rs499/- .When I requested to cancel my both connection again no response its more than 10 days am sending on mails to them on same matter. what kind of customer delightness or service they are talikng about. In my life never going to get any kind of service from Airtel nor going to recommend it for any one .
